Doing more that matters: how to get started with My Personal Agility

My Personal Agility is a simple framework to help you do more of what matters to you. How do you figure out what really matters to you? How do you learn to say No to things that don’t matter? Step-by-step, how do you get started with My Personal Agility? And what can go wrong when you start?
Peter Stevens will explain how My Personal Agility works, why it works, and why you might want to apply Your Personal Agility to your life. He will lead you step by step through the process of creating your own Priorities Map, and your first planing session and celebration (review session). We’ll talk about pitfalls and how to avoid them, so you can get started, doing more that matters.
You will get the most out of this webinar if you have:
- Some facilitation cards. I recommend a small size and large size and at least 3 colors.
- Some wall space with room for 6 columns
- Tape, magnets or some other way of sticking them to the wall (that leaves the wall undamaged 😉 )
