This paper describes my experiences with Agile values, tranforamtion and my implementation of them. I describe the circumstances that have led me to believe passionately that Agile Frameworks will best assure the success of my projects.

Competency models for the team and how to choose specific practices against the model

I describe what has worked for me and why, and I describe what hasn’t worked and why.

    Take away:
A different Approach to look into Agile practices and Transformation.
The difference between Agile Adoption and Agile Transformation
The real goal of Agile change initiatives
    Adapting Practices in Agile

Thank you for your talk proposal, please do share little bit structure of the talk, like how many sections this talk will have and how much time are you planning to allocate to each section of the presentation.

Also do share if you have draft presentation made on same, may be you can upload it on your own slideshare account and put link here.

Looking forward for more details .

    45 min max with Q & A.

Shouldn’t be more than 5 sections … 7-10 minutes for each

Structure how and Why Scrum/ Agile from case peropective, how XP does hand and required now for organizational agility linking them to some transnational Strategies.

Slides under WIP should be done by next 10 days.
