    Outline of the talk

As more and more companies are embarking on the journey of Agile Transformation, leaders are on the constant lookout for various kinds of metrics to measure the progress. Newer and more improved Metrics are being created everyday. Some of them are naive, while the others are complicated to measure. Most metrics are focused on execution. Through my experience, I have seen multiple perspectives for measuring transformation.

I would like to share my perspective about measurement, and offer the participants, my understanding of Agile Transformation. I would talk about the metrics that make sense from a business perspective.

At the end of the day, its not only the Technology/Engineering leaders, but, also business leaders who fund the transformation and business gets equal share of their benefits form the transformation.

    Structure of the talk –

    1. Opening
    2. Table Activity – What Agile Metrics are, and what can be measured in what context
    3. The Business Perspective of Agile Transformation
    4. Measuring Progress during Agile Transformation
    5. Q/A

    Duration – 30 min

Infrastructure required – No Additional Infrastructure required, apart from a Projector
