Would like to cover below different questions and will talk about some options to make working environment better
How Smart Setup of Working Environment For Agile Teams works effectively well?
Why just having Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches, is just not enough?
How Organisational Structural changes becomes a bottleneck sometimes?
What is difficult? Finding new people or retaining oldies?
Why knowing how you can give your best to an Org, is not sufficient?
Why half cooked processes are not healthy for an Organisation
What we need to win in the battle of Agile Transformation?
How leaders can support in better way? -

Thanks for your reply Saket.
Would you like to help me in identifying what would you like to be improved. I chose few problems which we encountered in our organisation during agile transformation and how we tried to resolve them and what problems did we face.
If your team think this topic can be beneficial for agile community there, i am happy to talk at both places, and preferable Pune, as i am anyway coming to Pune for 2 daysRegards,

Hi Saket,
I have modified it, not sure still it looks good or not –“This is an era when a lot of organisations are going for Agile Transformations, of course because of the value this way of working, brings to the business.
Are these transformations easy and sustainable? As an organisation, are we supporting our people well enough so that they can be agile? Its a general trend then if we want to go agile, we have to hire Scrum Masters/Agile Coaches, is it just enough? We want to change, but only in what we are comfortable with, we are not brave enough to unlearn old ways. How half cooked processes eat culture of an organisation on the name of agile and then agile gets that blame. This talk is all about our journey of attempt to be agile and challenges we are facing and what we are trying to do to overcome these challenges in our organisation. I will talk about some ways how and from whom we can win this battle”
