Hi Piyali,

Thanks for the feedback from review team. I’m going to relate softer behavioural aspects of time management, self organization and self development using Kanban. As the other speakers are going to talk about Agile implementation in projects and related processes at length, a lighter topic on behavioural management will connect best with the audience.
