    Hi Sundaresan,
Thanks for submitting the talk proposal for upcoming Discuss Agile Day in Chennai. Here is the feedback from our review team:
    “Not related to agile implementation
    NOt enough details in proposal”.
Can you please share more details about the talk?

    Hi Piyali,

Thanks for the feedback from review team. I’m going to relate softer behavioural aspects of time management, self organization and self development using Kanban. As the other speakers are going to talk about Agile implementation in projects and related processes at length, a lighter topic on behavioural management will connect best with the audience. The details of my presentation (runtime of 30 to 40 minutes) is going to touch upon

    1. Kanban – Workflow in brief followed by
    2. Generic time management aspects
    3. Work-life balance/integration
    4. How to beat laziness/procrastination and
    5. Use Kanban to real positive effect for personal growth

    Thanks,
    Sundaresan Sethuraman
