Do we really need to scale and if yes then what? Structure or delivery? Let’s understand how LeSS helps in scaling delivery if it is needed and remain to be true scrum teams to deliver shippable product increment at the end of every sprint. Join me to learn together to understand LeSS structure and ceremonies to start practicing Scrum at Scale.

LeSS principles are based on System Thinking, Lean thinking, Queueing Theory and Empirical Process Control and will try to understand these principles as well as practices
