    I would like to talk about the green/red zone behavior and then how our current appraisal systems are failing in recognising the same.

    I’ll talk about some of the best and worst appraisal systems followed across the industry and then close the discussion with some key attributes to take care of while choosing appraisal systems in respective companies.

    Hi Saket,

    1) The idea is to create a culture of incentivizing positive behaviours like collaboration, team work, innovation etc. Promoting a culture of dissent.- 5 mins

    2) Talk about CHAMPFROGS model and Yammer’s MORPH reports. – 20 mins

    3) 360 degree feedback(team democratic discussions) in which just like sprint planning, the team sits together to talk about how they feel about each other and how they improve as a group. – 10 mins
