Scaling (Down!) Agile

There is a buzz around Scaling Agile at Enterprise Level. Frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, DAD, Nexus etc. are competing against each other.

However, there is a huge gap of knowledge base when it comes to Agility at small scale such as Startups and small companies.

I would like to share my personal experience in the startup world and what agility means at small scale.
