The story line of a sustainable Agile Transformation!

Adopting to Agile has become a norm, almost every organization seems to be aiming for it! Many organizations have a great start with much rigor and enthusiasm, but are they really able to sustain is the question. How many of them are really able to put up with it!
During the session,
– We will talk about some pre-work that every organization can do even before starting the transformation that will help them ponder on why they think they need to change and come up with a charter for their transformation.
– Then we will talk about some of the factors and practices that would ease the journey.
– Finally we would be discussing few strategies that help sustain the transformation in the long run.
