Meetup on “Asking Powerful Questions”
July 20, 2019 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm UTC+5.5
One of the powerful question in our culture is “Who am I” many believe just asking this question to self on an interval can bring lots of changes in life. Just pause for a while and ask this question,”Who Am I?” , can you see the power of the question?
In this session, we are exploring the art of asking powerful questions, questions which make people think, questions where we may not have answers, but the question itself results in change and growth.
Powerful questions will help you learn both about the person you’re speaking with and the subject you’re discussing. If you are responsible for leading or influencing people, the art of asking powerful questions can improve your leadership and influence skills. You can find out how the person thinks and what is important to them, based upon what they say and don’t say. The more you continue to ask powerful questions, the more you will accomplish both.
Powerful questions also satiate your sense of curiosity. When you are curious, you want to learn more and you will more naturally ask questions in ways that will maximize the other person’s thinking.
Powerful questions are perfect for discussing sensitive matters. Asking difficult, tough, or edgy questions can be hard for even the most veteran leaders, but those who want their colleagues and team members to succeed will of course need to ask some from time to time.
Join us, and we will explore together, the Power of Powerful Questions.
During the Session we will also be talk about SAFe Architecture from Kishore Babu Gaddam.
