I would like to present a case study, and the experience as an Agile Coach in transforming a very large business unit of 1400 people. The Mobile Internet Technology Group in Cisco Has now been though almost 2 years of its agile journey since May 2014. The need, approach, strategy, execution and vision will be spoke about and questions answered.
Considering the size, we had to work out the best practices available and innovate our own to move the highly silo’d waterfall organisation to business value generating cross functional teams.
